David Rist & Guy Wolstencroft have just delivered the very first Quantum Executive Development Seminar to 47 Team Leaders and Managers within Hidden Hearing.
The event, which ran over 2 days, October 9th & 10th 2008, was designed to develop exquisite and subtle communication skills that the assembled audience could build into their language and behaviour to influence colleagues, clients, team members and personal contacts.
As an outcome, each participant was asked to recommend team members who would also benefit from the QED experience and this has resulted in a database of further employees who will be invited to an ongoing schedule of workshops over the months ahead. As a previous attendee, each manager and team leader will now be in a position to coach and further develop their team members as each returns from their personal Quantum experience.
The second outcome was for each participant to identify 10 actions that they have personally committed to as a result of the workshop and that they will integrate into their behaviour to create a rich, satisfying and compelling future for themself.
I have created this blog for all attendees of QED to add and share their experiences so that we build a resource to benefit each other.

after achieving a sale on monday
13th october, i made sure my final words to the client on leaving were "good buy". A small point granted but they all add up.

The two easiest things for me to implement straight away were to listen and to concentrate more on building a rapport. I am more aware of how the client responds to questions asked and I am responding accordingly. I have tried some mirroring and also the yes tag which resulted in a sale. On one of the sales I completed this week the client told me at the end that he only bought new aids because he liked me! Carol.
